High-Tech Manufacturing

Printing Technology and Finishing

Our modern machinery enables not only all printing processes customary in the industry, such as screen, flexo and digital printing, but also die-cutting, laser cutting and bonding. All printing and finishing processes can be perfectly combined according to customer requirements.

Screen Printing

In the screen printing process, ink is printed through a fine-mesh fabric using squeegees. It allows particularly high ink film thicknesses.

Flexographic Printing

In flexographic printing, raised areas of the printing plates transfer the ink to the substrate. This allows ink to be applied quickly and thinly.

Digital Print

With digital printing, you don't need a printing plate. This flexibility also enables the shortest of runs to be produced cost-effectively.

Die-Cutting

Die-cutting is the process by which labels are given their exact shape.

Laser Cutting

In addition to classic die-cutting, there is laser cutting. This allows variable contours.

Bonding

Bonding is the process of creating an electronic contacting between the printed electronics and an electronic component.
