With our zero-defect strategy, we strive in quality management to fully meet our customers' requirements in terms of quality, delivery reliability, flexibility and cooperation in a spirit of partnership at all times. In daily work, the zero-defect claim is realized through preventive defect prevention, systematic product and process development, quality planning and accompanying quality assurance. In addition, we operate a professional deviation management system and regard any feedback from our customers as valuable input for our continuous further development.

At Schreiner Group, a variety of interlinked processes are at work, unfolding on three levels: Leadership, value creation and support. The process landscape is made available to employees digitally with the aim of achieving a high level of transparency in the company's processes, standardizing and stabilizing them as far as possible, and depicting interactions within the processes. In processes, all information necessary for the execution of the activities is provided and the responsibility for all described activities is clearly mapped.
