The Path to Your Application
You have invested time and effort in your job search and have come across us. Now, of course, you want to know how you can write a successful application and what will happen with it afterwards.
That is why we are happy to provide you with an insight into our application process as well as detailed information for each individual step.
Submitting your Application
Deciding on the right candidate is of critical importance, both for you and for us. It is important for us that both sides have the same expectations and ideas. That is why we purposely invest more time in the selection process.
Our job exchange is updated daily and it informs you about all open positions at Schreiner Group. It is best to apply through our online form – this is the fastest way to receive a response from us. The online application can be filled out quickly and easily: Enter your contact information and upload your résumé/CV, cover letter, and work/educational certificates.
If you have not found anything suitable on our job exchange, then take the opportunity to submit a general application. Please include in your cover letter the activities and company divisions that you are interested in. We will then check whether there is a suitable position we can offer you.
As soon as we have received your documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via e-mail. In the first step, your application will be checked by Personnel Management and discussed with the responsible manager. We may contact you for a short telephone interview in order to clarify any initial questions.
For a general application, we check whether we can suggest an open position for you. In this case, please be patient. Since your application is checked for various divisions, this process requires additional time.
If you have the right qualifications, we will invite you to Oberschleissheim for an interview as part of the next step, giving us both a chance to become a little better acquainted with each other. You should plan on spending approximately 2.5 hours for this. Here, you have the opportunity to talk to representatives of Personnel Management as well as the responsible manager. The interview is supplemented with a short logic test and potentially a color vision test as well.
A job interview is a tense situation for every candidate. Please note: We are just as curious about you as you are about us. The anxiety can be reduced through good preparation. Information about Schreiner Group can be found on our homepage as well as in the downloadable brochure.
If we are equally impressed with each other, the next step involves making an appointment for an orientation day. For this, please allow some more time so you can gain exciting insights into Schreiner Group as part of a tour of the operations. At the same time, you will get to know the colleagues, the workplace, and the future tasks better. For technical positions, you will be watching over the shoulders of colleagues and can assist a little. In the business area and for management positions, you will work on function-related case studies and exchange views with us regarding your solution proposal.
Welcome to Our Team!
If your orientation day is also successful, you will receive an offer of employment from us and we will be looking forward to welcoming you as a new Schreiner Group employee soon!
Unfortunately, not every application will lead directly to a position. Incorporating your application into our confidential pool of applications enables us to save your contact data for a certain period of time and contact you again as soon as an alternative starting point for a collaboration arises.
