Employee survey and leadership style analysis.

Schreiner Group has been interested in regularly obtaining feedback from its employees for many years. Therefore, the company contracts an independent institute to conduct an employee survey and a leadership style analysis every two years.  

The employee survey particularly rates how employees identify with the company and their own tasks and how they experience fairness, openness and appreciation. In addition, employees address various topics relating to the design of their workplaces and the further education opportunities available to them. The last survey took place in 2009 and provided the basis for further workshops and a wide range of improvement actions in various areas of the company.

The leadership style analysis makes it possible for every employee to give feedback to their manager regarding their leadership style. With support from HR the managers derive personal development actions from the feedback as appropriate. Overall, the results provide a comprehensive picture of the leadership culture experienced by the employees of Schreiner Group. 

The participation rate in the survey, which is always very high, shows that employees welcome this opportunity to take part in shaping the company.
