Professional and personal further development.

Schreiner Group defines itself as a “forward-moving company.” The progress of our operations depends on the further development of our employees. Therefore, employee development has a high priority at Schreiner Group. It aims to comprehensively and continuously develop all employees, with respect to technical skills as well as personal growth.  

Schreiner Group has its own in-house further education facility, the Schreiner Academy. In 2011 alone more than 3817 training days were held. In addition to working with a wide range of external trainers, the company uses 60 in-house trainers for some of these activities. These trainers are employees of the company who participate in “train the trainer” programs that prepare them for teaching their knowledge to other colleagues in a professional manner.

Due to the wide variety of further education opportunities all employees are able to engage in continuous learning. This makes it possible for everyone to achieve further personal growth and expand their skills.
