In January 2004 the judging panel of the TopJob competition selected Schreiner Group as employer of the year. In addition, the company in the 2005 contest was the winner in the category of businesses with a headcount of 100-500 and won first place in the “promotion of family and social aspects" category.
In the "2007 Top Automotive Employers" contest Schreiner Group finished as the winner in the categories "Workplace Climate & Culture" and "Innovation.”
In 2004 Schreiner Group was awarded the "Arbeit plus" (Work plus) seal for a socially sustainable business policy. In a contest sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Trade, Commerce and Technology entitled "Opportunities with Experience 2007” the company won in the "Comprehensive Approach” category. And in the 2005 MIMONA competition Schreiner Group’s special achievements in “motivating employees to adopt sustainable practices” were recognized.
In 2010 Schreiner Group received the “Occupational Health & Safety Award” of the Energy, Textile, Electrical and Media Products trade association for improving ergonomic conditions at the workplaces.
In March 2011 Schreiner Group was awarded the Top Employers 2011 Quality Seal for its achievements in the HR sector. Schreiner Group was rated in 31st place among 101 award-winning companies. Germany’s pioneers in the field of HR are selected each year by the independent Corporate Research Foundation (CRF).
