In view of its social responsibility for young people, Schreiner Group has established a sound apprenticeship and training program.

The number of apprenticeship slots has continuously increased in recent years. Currently, 40 talented young people are being trained in twelve different vocational fields.

Schreiner Group is particularly proud of the above-average results obtained by its apprentices in their final exams. During the past ten years, the rate of Schreiner’s apprentices who received job offers after completion of their training was at 95 percent.

Days of Training at the Schreiner Group

Schreiner Group has established its own in-house training institute, the “Schreiner Academy.” In 2011, 3,817 days of training were conducted.
